Welcome to Dr Cash. By using the app or website, or by creating an account and placing any purchase order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
First: Using the application
• The application should only be used for legal purposes.
• The application must not be used in any way that may cause harm to the service or affect the experience of other users.
• Dr Cash management reserves the right to suspend or disable any account that is proven to be used in a misleading or fraudulent manner without prior notice.
Second: Creating an account
• The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide when registering.
• The password must be kept secret and not shared with anyone.
• All transactions made through the account are the responsibility of the account holder.
Third: Orders and Prices
• All orders are subject to product availability in the warehouse.
• Prices or offers may be modified at any time before order confirmation.
• After order confirmation, the price will only be changed in the event of a technical error or a problem with product availability, and the customer will be contacted before any action is taken.
• Dr Cash management has the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of incorrect information, suspected illegal use, or product unavailability.
Fourth: Payment
• The application provides approved and available payment methods within Iraq.
• The order is considered confirmed after the payment process is completed or the order is confirmed according to the chosen payment method.
• In the event of an error in the payment process, the customer will be contacted to find an appropriate solution.
Fifth: Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer when the order is completed.
• Delivery times are estimated and may change due to weather, security, traffic congestion, or any circumstances beyond our control.
• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and phone number.
Sixth: Exchange and Return
To ensure the safety of medical and cosmetic products:
• Exchanges or returns are accepted only in accordance with the approved return policy.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with complete packaging.
• Products that have been misused or damaged after receipt cannot be returned.
• If a damaged or different product arrives than ordered, customer service must be notified within the specified period, along with photos illustrating the problem.
Seventh: Offers and Discounts
• All offers, discounts, vouchers and reward points are subject to the terms and conditions of each campaign.
• Some offers cannot be combined unless specifically announced.
• Dr Cash has the right to modify or discontinue any offer at any time without this affecting previously confirmed orders.
Eighth: Products
• We strive to display product images and specifications in the highest possible resolution; however, differences in screen colors may result in slight variations in appearance.
• Some products may have their packaging changed by the manufacturer without prior notice, while the original product remains the same.
Ninth: Intellectual Property
All content within the application, including:
• The logo.
• Trade name.
• the pictures.
• Designs.
• Texts.
• Videos.
• Marketing content.
It is the property of Dr Cash or used under license, and may not be copied, reused or distributed without prior written consent.
Tenth: Limits of responsibility
Dr Cash accepts no responsibility for:
• Incorrect use of products.
• Allergic reactions or consequences resulting from using the product in a manner contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• Temporary technical malfunctions or service interruptions due to technical or security reasons.
Eleventh: Amendment of conditions
Dr Cash has the right to update these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with service development or legal requirements, and continued use of the application after the posting of updates shall be considered acceptance of the latest version of the terms.

For any inquiries, complaints, or comments, you can contact the customer service team through Dr Cash's official channels, and we will work to provide assistance as soon as possible.
